These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of goldengrovehomebuyers.com (the "Site"), operated by Golden Grove Homebuyers ("Golden Grove," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who we are and what we do

The Site is informational

Nothing on the Site is an offer to purchase real estate, a solicitation of an offer to sell, or a binding commitment of any kind. Any offer we make is:

• Made only after we've reviewed the property and its details
• Subject to inspection, title review, and verification of the information you've given us
• Effective only when set out in a signed written purchase agreement

Information on the Site — including closing timelines, fee descriptions, and general statements about how we buy — describes typical situations. Actual terms depend on the property, its title condition, occupancy, existing liens or loans, and how quickly all parties move. Your transaction may differ.

Not professional advice

Nothing on the Site or in our communications is legal, tax, financial, accounting, or real estate brokerage advice. Selling real property has legal and tax consequences that depend on your specific circumstances. We strongly encourage you to consult your own attorney, tax professional, or licensed real estate agent before entering into any agreement to sell your property. You are always free to do so, and we will never discourage it.

Information you provide

You agree that any information you give us — about yourself, the property, its condition, its occupants, and your authority to sell it — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We rely on that information to prepare an offer. If it turns out to be materially inaccurate, we may revise or withdraw an offer.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you either own the property you're inquiring about or have authority to act regarding it.

Communications

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email at the contact information you provide, including through automated technology, regarding your property and your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer or of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or ask us directly to stop contacting you.

Calls may be recorded. You will be notified before any recording begins, as California law requires.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Submit information about a property you have no ownership interest in or authority over
• Use the Site to harvest data, scrape content, or send automated submissions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with its operation
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, text, graphics, logos, and the Golden Grove Homebuyers name and mark are our property or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or use requires our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we don't control. We provide those links for convenience only. We don't endorse them and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, current, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDEN GROVE AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This limitation does not apply to obligations under a signed purchase agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Grove and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that is false or that you had no authority to submit.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before you file a claim

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at hello@goldengrovehomebuyers.com. Most issues get resolved faster with a phone call than with a lawsuit, and we'd genuinely rather fix the problem.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will change when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
